ELLE Shoes: Redefining Turkish Women's Footwear Fashion

ELLE Shoes, founded in 1977 with a mission to introduce Turkish women to global fashion trends, started its production in an Istanbul workshop. The brand revolutionized shoe retailing with its first ELLE store on Rumeli Avenue. Co-founders Fehim Akar and Hasan Acar's vision quickly turned ELLE into a focal point for art circles and fashion enthusiasts.

ELLE collections redefined the clothing habits of modern Turkish women actively engaged in the workforce, introducing them to ballet flats, loafers, and boots. Over time, ELLE collections expanded to include platforms, over-the-knee boots, and studded models. ELLE became known as the "Footsteps of Fashion" in Turkey.

The journey that began in 1977 at Gedikpaşa continues to expand with a growing design and production team, operating with the latest technologies at the 6000 m2 ELLE Factory in Hadımköy. Crafted with the same enthusiasm and care as day one, ELLE collections are now available at select ELLE Retail Points in Turkey and abroad for their esteemed customers.
